You can change the password of the user, add or remove one or more mobile device(s) used for authentication and view the last successful login.

Change the password
To change the password:
- Click the [Change Password] button.
- Enter the current password then click the [Next] button.
- Enter the new password and re-enter the new password.
- Click the [OK] button then the [Save] button to save the new password.
- Option: Check the "Save password" checkbox if you want %edition_name% to automatically login everytime you open %edition_name%.
Add the mobile device used for authentication
To add a new mobile device:
- Click the [Add] button.
- Download the Mobile App by scanning the QR code or type the given URL in the browser of the mobile device to install. Click the [Next] button to continue.
- Select the Country Code.
- Enter the Phone number.
- Click the [Send Verification code to SMS] button.
- Enter the verification code then click the [Next] button.
- Scan the QR code using %mobile_app_name% or use a third-party authenticator to pair the mobile device.
- If using a third-party authenticator, click the [Using other TOTP Authenticator App (e.g. Authy, Duo, Google)] link.
- Scan the QR code or enter the Secret Key in the authenticator app.
- Enter the display name and one-time password generated by the authenticator app.
- Click the [Next] button to continue.
- Click [OK] to finish the setup.
- Click the [Save] button.
Delete a registered mobile device
To delete a registered mobile device:
- Click the [X] button on the right side of the mobile device that you want to delete.
- Click [Yes] in the pop up message that will be displayed to delete the mobile device.
- Click [Save] to save the changes and exit.

Note: The %mobile_app_name% App or a third-party TOTP Authenticator is needed for 2FA.
