You can change the password of the user, add or remove one or more mobile device(s) used for authentication and view the last successful login.

Password:

Field Description
Save password Automatically login everytime %edition_name% is launched.

Two-Factor Authentication:

Field Description
Registered Mobile Device(s) List of mobile device(s) paired with the backup account.

Last Successful Login:

Field Description
Time Displays the Date, Time, and Timezone of the users last login.
IP Address Displays the IP Address where the %edition_name% is installed.
Browser/App Displays the type of Browser or App used to login to %edition_name%.
Phone Number Displays the registered Phone number used for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Change the password

To change the password:

  1. Click the [Change Password] button.
  2. Enter the current password then click the [Next] button.
  3. Enter the new password and re-enter the new password.
  4. Click the [OK] button then the [Save] button to save the new password.
  5. Option: Check the "Save password" checkbox if you want %edition_name% to automatically login everytime you open %edition_name%.

Add the mobile device used for authentication

To add a new mobile device:

  1. Click the [Add] button.
  2. Download the Mobile App by scanning the QR code or type the given URL in the browser of the mobile device to install. Click the [Next] button to continue.
  3. Select the Country Code.
  4. Enter the Phone number.
  5. Click the [Send Verification code to SMS] button.
  6. Enter the verification code then click the [Next] button.
  7. Scan the QR code using %mobile_app_name% or use a third-party authenticator to pair the mobile device.
  8. Click [OK] to finish the setup.
  9. Click the [Save] button.

Delete a registered mobile device

To delete a registered mobile device:

  1. Click the [X] button on the right side of the mobile device that you want to delete.
  2. Click [Yes] in the pop up message that will be displayed to delete the mobile device.
  3. Click [Save] to save the changes and exit.

Note: The %mobile_app_name% App or a third-party TOTP Authenticator is needed for 2FA.
