You can modify the backup set name, login password to the Office 365 account and Windows user login credentials if necessary. After you have updated the information, press the [Save] button to exit.

For backup set with backup schedule and network shared drive selected as backup source, you need to enter a Windows domain account for the %edition_name% with sufficient permission to access the network location.

General:

Field Description
Name This is the name of the backup set. You can create meaningful name for it.
Owner Name of the machine where the AhsayOBM is installed.

Office 365:

Field Description
Office 365 User name This is the username for the Office 365 account.
Region This is the region where the Office 365 account is registered.
Access the Internet through Proxy Check this option if your site uses a Proxy Server to access the internet.
Change Settings Click this option if you want to modify the username, password, and region of the Office 365 account.

Windows User Authentication:

Windows User Authentication login credential is used by %edition_name% to ensure it has sufficient permission to access files and/or folders selected in the backup source, temporary folder, and the backup destination.

Field Description
Domain Name/ Host Name This is the domain name for %edition_name% to access network location.
User name This is the username for %edition_name% to access network location.
Password This is the password for %edition_name% to access network location.

Note: Windows User Authentication will only display on Windows Operating System.

Modify Change Settings

To modify the Change Settings:

  1. Click the [Change Settings] button.
  2. Click the [Save] button.

To migrate a backup set from Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication:

  1. Select a backup set.
  2. Go to Backup Sets > General.
  3. Click the [Change Settings].
  4. Leave Username and Password blank.
  5. Select correct region, e.g.: Global.
  6. Click the [Next] button.
  7. Click [I understand the limitation and confirm to proceed] button.
  8. Click the [Authorize] button to start the authentication process.
  9. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  10. Copy the authorization code.
  11. Go back to %edition_name% and paste the authorization code then click the [OK] button to proceed.
  12. Click the [Save] button to save the changes made.
  13. Successfully migrated backup set from Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication.

To migrate a backup set from Modern Authentication to Hybrid Authentication:

  1. Select a backup set.
  2. Go to Backup Sets > General.
  3. Click the [Change Settings].
  4. Leave Username and Password blank.
  5. Select correct region, e.g.: Global.
  6. Click the [Next] button.
  7. Click the [Authorize] button to start the authentication process.
  8. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  9. Copy the authorization code.
  10. Go back to %edition_name% and paste the authorization code then click the [OK] button to proceed.
  11. Click the [Save] button to save the changes made.
  12. Successfully migrated backup set from Modern Authentication to Hybrid Authentication.
