Create Backup Set
Supported Backup Source
Below is the supported backup source for Google Workspace Backup and Restore.
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Calendar
- Google Tasks
- Google Contacts
- Google Chat (available only for Admin accounts and <%=HelpManager.getObmShortname(request)%>)
- Google Meet
- Shared Drives
Set the backup source for <%=HelpManager.getObmShortName(request)%> with Entire organization sekected as the backup scope.
- Select the user(s) that you want to backup, either:
- All Users, or;
- Select Specific
If "Select Specific" is chosen, click on [Select] button to select the users for backup. Once done, click the [OK] button.
- Select the data type for backup. Choices are: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Chat, and Meet.
- Select the Shared Drives to back up, either:
- All Shared Drives, or;
- Select Specific
If "Select Specific" is chosen, click on [Select] button to select the Shared Drives for backup. Once done, click the [OK] button.
- Click the [Next] button to proceed.
Set the backup source for both <%=HelpManager.getObmShortName(request)%> and <%=HelpManager.getAcbShortName(request)%> with This Google user only selected as the backup scope.
- Select the items and folders that you want to backup:
- Gmail
- Drive
- Calendar
- Tasks
- Contacts
- Chat
- Meet
- Click the [Next] button to proceed.
