You can add or modify the email contact here.

Key:

Field Description
Name This is the name of the contact person.
Email This is the email of the contact person.
Send me encrypted email (S/MIME) Emails sent to the contact person will be encrypted.
Address This is the address of the contact person.
Company This is the name of the company where the contact person works.
Website This is the address of the website of the company.
Phone 1 This is the phone number of the contact person.
Phone 2 This is the alternate phone number of the contact person.


Add new contact information.

To add new contact information:

  1. Click on [+] to add a new contact.
  2. Type in the name of the contact person.
  3. Type in the email of the contact person.
  4. Option: Check the "Send me encrypted email (S/MIME)" checkbox if needed.
  5. Option: Type in the address of the contact person.
  6. Option: Type in the company name.
  7. Option: Type in the URL of the website.
  8. Option: Type in the phone number.
  9. Option: Type in the alternate phone number.
  10. Click [OK] then [Save] to save the details.


Modify the contact information.

To modify the existing contact information:

  1. Click on the contact under 'Existing contacts'.
  2. Modify the information accordingly in the text boxes.
  3. Click [OK] to continue.
  4. Click [Save] to save the changes and exit.
  5. Option: Click 'Delete this contact' if you want to remove this contact.
